Packages are shipped within 2-5 days after receiving your payment via Postnl with tracking, unless stated otherwise (closed for Holiday, special circumtances, etc).

The clocks are shipped in a solid wooden box. The wooden box wil be placed in a solid carboard box with shock absorbing filling.

Returns: You can return items to Tinytime within 30 days, Tinytime will refund the purchase amount . Return shipments are at the expense and risk of the buyer. This means that Tinytime is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore always ask for a track-and-trace code of the package.

Guarantee: The buyer has 1 year guarantee (starting with the date on the invoice) on a proper working of the product.
